Estate Planning Advisor

When you are planning for retirement, you need more than just wise investments with your savings.  At Legacy, we give clients the opportunity for a legal professional to review their wills and  estate plans and then assess the tax implications for surviving spouses and loved ones.  Financial security is only one piece of the retirement puzzle.   Clients deserve the Legacy difference.

Eric is a member of Rob Sievers' client service team, and because of his legal and estate planning knowledge, works closely with all client service teams reviewing, monitoring, and advising clients in regard to their estate planning needs.  He is a member of Legacy’s Financial Planning Committee.  He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Memphis, Financial Planning Association of Greater Memphis, and the Tennessee and Mississippi Bar Associations.

Eric joined Legacy Wealth Management in 2014.  He was previously a partner at Windsor Kimbrough, PLC where his practice focused in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning, taxation, asset protection, domestic and international business planning, and trust and estate administration.  Eric is currently a Major in the Mississippi Army National Guard, JAG Corps.  He received his B.P.A in Accountancy from Mississippi State University, his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University.
